In the EU we mainly work with DPD. DPD will deliver your package to your specified delivery address. The evening before delivery you will receive a text message or e-mail with the delivery time and date of recieval. With one click you can change the day or place of delivery. On the day of delivery, you will receive a message with live tracking and the opportunity to change delivery time up until 30 minutes before scheduled delivery.
If you don’t retrieve the package and don’t contact DPD within a week the package will be automatically sent back to Sweden, if this happens we have to charge an additional shipping and administration cost. Read more here
To Finland we ship with Posti. To Denmark as well as Sweden we ship with Bring. Your package will be delivered to a local pickup point and you will receive a text message or an e-mail when your package is ready for pickup. The pickup point will hold on to your package for a maximum of 7 days, if you do not pick up your package within this period of time, it will be returned to us automatically. In individual cases we also ship with DHL.
In the rest of the world we are primarily working with FedEx who in most cases will deliver your package to your specified home address.
The freight company will deliver your package to your stated delivery address, or to a local pick up point. You will be notified by the freight company as soon they have picked up your order. If you are not at home at the delivery attempt the freight company will leave a notice at the delivery address, indicating date and time for the delivery attempt. The freight company will hold on to your package for a maximum of 7 days. It is therefore important that you contact the freight company within this period - or your package will be sent back to us automatically. Customs and import charges for countries outside of the EU might be charged once the package is delivered to the destination country outside of the EU. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. As the customs policies and import duties varies widely from country to country, we do not have any control over these charges and can not provide information about how much it would cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
