Product Information
Grid gives your Bestå unit a strong and substantial expression with horizontal, wide slats that transform your Bestå into an entirely new piece of furniture, providing weight, depth, and character to your room. Available in carefully selected colours to suit your style. Each set includes doors, side panels, and a top panel. Note - the images are not an exact reflection of the final product and some colour nuance and/or surface structure may differ slightly.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each set contains - 2 front panels, 2 side panels, and 1 top panel. Plus Mounting pads.
Each set is "Made to order" - and the production is therefore longer, approximately 14 – 20 days.
For the side panels and the top panel, self-adhesive mounting pads are included for smooth and permanent installation. For the larger and heavier panels, it is also recommended to attach the side panels with screws (mounted from inside the furniture) for extra support and stability. Screws included for the heavier fronts. The fronts/doors are mounted with IKEA Besta hinges - which can be included to an extra cost. Screws included.
Important: The fronts are heavier than the original IKEA fronts. So it is crucial that the furniture must be anchored to the wall to prevent the furniture to tip over. Screws for attaching to the wall are not included
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Start by cleaning the surfaces at the sides and the top of the furniture, using the cleaning cloth provided. Ensure the surface is dry before attaching the included Mounting pads. 6 pieces per side. And 6 pieces at the top.
Step 2:
Attach the SIDE panels and the TOP panel. It may help to lay the cabinet on its back to ensure the panels are attached straight.
Step 3:
Finish by attaching the fronts/doors using the IKEA Besta hinges, which can be included at an additional cost.
